[WSBAPT] Part-Time Legal Assistant

I am a solo attorney with a estate planning, probate, guardianship, elder
law practice.  My practice has become very busy and I would like to hire
someone part-time as a legal assistant.

I am wondering if anyone has drafted a document for an employee that
outlines job expectations, privacy policies, probation period, etc. that
you might be willing to share with me?
