I can recommend Chris Hilgenfeld at Davis Payne Marra. He defended my
brother after he had to fire the other veterinary ophthalmologist in his
clinic in the U. District. The issue was whether the noncompete would be
enforceable because the termination was for cause. Good result.

I'd appreciate a referral for atty knowledgeable in employment law.  I have
a client that just received notice of possible suit because two of his
employees,that were formerly employees of a competitor, are allegedly in
violation the terms of their non solicitation agreement they had with that
