[WSBAPT] divorce and elder law

Wendy – I’ve had these cases a number of times (guardianship and divorces together) and each time we have had Elder law counsel and Family law counsel.  The relationship was such that there was no overlap or inefficiencies.  Everyone knew their job.

I also believe that Reed-Longyear has both family law and elder law counsel in the same firm, which could help.  We have also worked with the Lasher firm which has both areas of practice under one roof.  I’m sure there are others quite capable.  Forgive me anyone I may have missed.
