[WSBAPT] Recording with King County

Brent -

Thanks for sharing Jon Scherer's name. I've had so many technical issues
with Simplifile that I need someone to call directly to convince them to
train their staff to be productive and not obstructionist. My largest
complaint is that they reject filing for one issue at a time. So if there's
3-4 minor issues, they don't list them out in the rejection. They list one
issue, then when you correct and submit, they list another issue in their
rejection. And so on and so forth to infinity and beyond.

The vast majority of my recordings go smoothly on Simplifile. It's only
that a few can take so much time that it essentially spoils the apparent
benefit of online filing.
