[WSBAPT] Referral Needed: Redding, CA/Northeast CA

I'm looking for a referral to an attorney who works out of the Redding, CA
area/anywhere in Northeast, CA. Client is Trustee of a Trust that owns real
property with some specific issues that could use someone familiar with
that specific area of California. Assistance needed to transfer title to C
and the other beneficiary of the Trust, as well as to define each
beneficiary's respective rights in the property. Anyone have any good
experiences working with an attorney in that area who fits the bill and
would be willing to send me their name and contact information?
