I am 2 for 2 on OIC and worked as interim tax director at Gonzaga Law School Tax Clinic where we worked with folks who truly have no ability to pay.  I would be happy to donate a call to determine if I were a good fit.  Also, Jennifer Gellner, who is closer in proximity I believe is a great source (Jennifer – giving you a shout out here 😉)
