Hello Fellow Listservers,

Our office is attempting to open probate in King County using the new
e-fling procedures and we have a question about some of the e-filing
mechanics.

We have called and emailed the clerk, but no response yet. If anyone has
successfully opened probate in King County using these new procedures, I
would appreciate just a few seconds of your time to query how you titled
certain documents that you e-filed along with the petition such as the will,
and the oath of PR.

Thanks so much!

Warmest regards,

Michael S. Safren, Esq.
