            I have had a difficult time finding attorneys to handle smaller matters in NYC, but I had good luck with one of the attorneys at this firm at one of its locations outside of the city:  https://www.farrellfritz.com/locations/  The attorney I worked with is Eric Penzer in the Uniondale office for a probate matter.

Hello Colleagues –  A dear friend of mine in NYC lost her husband very suddenly on Tuesday night.  She has a minor child and would like to get a basic set of estate planning documents in place quickly.  Her estate at this time is moderate.  I would so appreciate any suggestions.  I will forward them directly to my friend.
