[WSBAPT] Can trust beneficiaries waive the right to object to proposed plan to distribute trust assets?

I represent the trustee of a trust that is about to terminate. I have prepared a trust accounting and proposed plan of distribution. RCW 11.98.145 provides that a trustee may send the beneficiaries a proposed plan to distribute existing trust assets and inform the beneficiaries that they have 30 days to object. I do not anticipate any objections. Can the beneficiaries waive the right to object? If so, I would request each beneficiary, if they have no objections, to sign and return a waiver of the right to object and explain that if all the beneficiaries return a signed waiver of the right to object, the distributions can be made prior to the expiration of the 30 day period.

Sincerely,
