[WSBAPT] Disposal of Abandoned Personal Property

Colleagues,

Can someone refresh my memory re: the rules for disposing of personal 
property left at a decedent's residence?   We Owner of personal property 
in this instance will very unlikely to have the means or inclination to 
carry out any practical plan for removal. Can PR's give notice that 
personal property must be removed in thirty days,  then throw it out if 
it isn't removed?  I can't remember if there is a statute or case that 
controls.  This was not a landlord/tenant situation.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
