PC was served with a summons by her step-mother's daughter, in her capacity as PR, accusing PC of "swindling her mothers nest egg."  Stepmom and dad were legally separated but still married at time of his death in January 2019.  Stepmom died on June 3, 2019 in Des Moines, case filed on June 4, 2019 in Pierce County, PC served in New Jersey on November 20, 2019. She has 60 days to respond.

PC has a lawyer in NJ and is up to speed on the case. Self referrals welcome.
