[WSBAPT] Personal Representative Acceptable Hourly Rate

I agree with Candance and Dalynne, the range.

_EXCEPT THAT_ if this is in Seattle, the rate for menial tasks could
now be a teeny bit higher.
As of January 1, 2020, minimum wages in Seattle are  $16.39 for large
employers and $15.75 for small employers who do not provide medical
benefits, etc.
So, if someone in Seattle asks for $20 to clean out a garage, you
probably should agree to it.

Quoting Candace Wilkerson <cwilkerson at wongfleming.com>:

> I agree with Daylynn.  About 4 years ago, Commissioner

> because their client tried to charge $90 per hour as a lay PR.  The
> Commissioner said at that time that no lay PR should be charging
> more than $25-35 per hour for PR work, and less for clerical.  But
> it’s been awhile since then.
