[WSBAPT] Removal of Guardian

Client in his will is appointing a guardian for minor children. He wants
ability to name substitute guardian in the event the appointed guardian is
"not doing a good job".  Once Guardian is appointed and will is probated,
what can be done to remove such a guardian and appoint a substitute?
