[WSBAPT] International probate issue

I don’t actually know how this is handled, but just yesterday I read an old case that said the Norwegian consulate in Seattle was involved in distributing money to Norwegian heirs in Norway.  The case was a bit dated, but it is possible that the consulate would be involved and have helpful information.
