[WSBAPT] Referral: Trust Litigation (Self-Referral Okay) (Kitsap County)

PC is a beneficiary of a poorly-written trust who wants to either
saber-rattle at the trustee (who is PC's aunt) or sue the trustee to
protect the beneficiary's interest in the trust. I just met with PC and
determined that I do not see a basis for a lawsuit and that any lawsuit
might undermine PC's goals due to the ambiguities throughout the trust
declaration, but PC is a nice guy who is not being entirely unreasonable so
I told him I would find someone who could give him a second opinion and, if
that opinion differs from my own, could hopefully achieve his goals for
him. He is happy to pay for a consultation.

PC lives in Kitsap County and would ideally be able to meet with the
attorney there. Self-referrals are perfectly acceptable.
