[WSBAPT] TOD Deed for Hawaii Timeshare?

My sister, who is a broker and former president of the state's assn of realtors, some time ago sent me a copy of a Revocable Transfer on Death Deed (transferring an interest in an apartment) which referenced the "Hawaii Uniform Real Property Transfer of Death Act."  The deed was recorded at the request of Darl C. Gleed & Associates, LLLC, Kailua-Kona, HI.

Hope that gets you closer to what you need.

Hi All,

Have any of you used a TOD Deed for a Hawaii timeshare? My client has some very favorable weeks through Marriott. I called Marriott to see if they allows (or can facilitate) owners transferring ownership at death using a TOD Deed. Unfortunately, the person I was talking to didn't really understand what I was talking about.

If any one of you has been successful with this, do you have any contacts in Hawaii you'd be willing to refer to?
