[WSBAPT] Combined probate of mother and daughter?

Well, turns out I didn't even petition for a joint probate in this instance, due to other factors. But I received a lot of responses indicating that it happens fairly regularly and people don't seem to have a problem getting the court to accept it.

I have not had this situation but I can see it is something that would come up.

Anyone ever tried a combined estate of mother and daughter? Daughter is only child. Mom died intestate 2010, Daughter died intestate 2012. Only asset is a parcel of real property. I think this would work but I don't want King County Clerk to balk at it, or perhaps I am missing an obvious problem with trying to do this in a single probate administration?
