[WSBAPT] Off Topic Referral - HIPPA Violations

Potential client lives in Idaho but treated in Spokane, Washington, during a pregnancy that resulted in a miscarriage. Client is looking for an attorney to assist her with what she describes as HIPPA violations by a care provider, including disseminating information that she specifically asked him not to share, and which she states is preventing her from getting the care she needs presently. She states she is wiling to pay hourly for assistance in getting her information fixed.

Anyone know of anyone with experience in this type of thing?
