We will hear perspectives from professional fiduciaries, mediators and practitioners.  There will be case law updates from the past year as well as a panel discussion regarding estate litigation after Rathbone.  There will be a discussion regarding the intersection of bankruptcy and probate, VAPA issues that arise in TEDRA litigation, and ethics.
