[WSBAPT] Residence Trust In Will

[Brent Williams-Ruth]

If a Will creates through testamentary devise a "residence trust" that
specifically names a real property address, but then never updates the Will
to reflect a change in location and the language of the provision is not
flexible (such as: or any future residence I may own....)

Would that provision be enforceable on death?
