[WSBAPT] Powers of attorney

Hello

I have a client who has asked for a durable general power of attorney whereby one child is appointed attorney in fact to handle all decisions. However, the client would like its other child to be able to receive all financial and other information that is received/available to the attorney in fact, but is not be able to make decisions on behalf of the principal. Has anyone seen such language? If so, would you mind sharing the language?
