Hello Fellow WSBA Members, 


The view expressed here are entirely my own. Please feel free to share this
email and my letter. 


I sent the attached letter to the entire court, BOG and WSBA executive staff
this evening. 


I hope more of you will get involved in stopping this legislation as it now
moves through the Washington State Senate.

Good evening Chief Justice Fairhurst and Justices of the Washington State
Supreme Court, 



Please see my attached letter to you regarding the pending legislation to
repeal the Bar Act and eliminate the WSBA as a legal entity. 


I hope you will each review and consider my letter in advance of your
meeting tomorrow. 


I realize there are ongoing efforts to consider potential amendments to the
legislation. I strongly urge the Court to simply take a position opposing
the legislation and to encourage a more thoughtful approach to any potential
restructuring of the WSBA.
