[WSBAPT] Valuation of Seahawks (Charter Member) Season Tickets

Good Afternoon!

I have a client who's father was a charter buyer of a small new football
team called the Seahawks.....never let the lapse, and now the family will
be carrying on the tradition with one of the four children taking
possession.  Question is how should this be valued?

The reality is that the daughter who will take possession will be required
to pay the Seahawks to keep them going - so for her its an expense.

First time dealing with this issue and would love insight from the
collective brain trust!
