I joined my HOA Board - yes, I know.....we are wanting to look at the idea
of taking our neighborhood private, and turning it into a gated community.

It is understood that this is a huge process (political and price) - and we
are hoping to find someone who has been through this with a developer or
another HOA that can act as guide.
