[WSBAPT] Maryland/Washington D.C. probate attorney

I need referrals for a Maryland/Washington D.C. area probate litigation attorney for a local client.
Here's a thumbnail of the situation: This March, I prepared powers of attorney for an elderly woman who named her daughter as her agent. Since then, my client has been diagnosed with dementia and the agent is managing her financial and medical matters. The agent called me today about the pending probate of her aunt's (my client's sister's) estate in Germantown, Maryland. My client and her other sister are the only heirs. A Maryland attorney contacted the agent months after the death to offer to take over the executor/p.r. role, which she agreed to. Now he is refusing to communicate, provide a copy of the will, or otherwise tell her what's going on. There are assets sufficient to pursue having him removed if necessary. I have found a very concerning disciplinary history for this attorney for similar violations with the Maryland Bar Association. My client's agent really needs to get someone on board in Maryland to figure out what is going on and preserve the estate for distribution. Any referrals are greatly appreciated.
