I don’t have a Vietnamese interpreter I can refer you to. But, if you  
contact Interpreter Services at the King County Superior Court,  
206-477-1415, they maintain a list of certified court interpreters and  
they can give you a referral.
 
I have contacted them when I’ve needed interpreters for various languages.
