[WSBAPT] Practice Management recommendations/warnings

Does anyone have either recommendations or warnings with respect to practice management software/platforms? I am 80% estate planning and 20% probate, and I am a solo practitioner. I need to move my practice data to a web-based system for automation of some tasks and to facilitate hiring assistance. I’d be very grateful for words of wisdom from anyone with experience using a web-based practice management system.
