[WSBAPT] Death of Dependency Guardian - Naming Successor in Will?

Can we name a subsequent guardian appointed in a dependency in a
grandparent dependency-guardian's Will? My client is guardian in a chapter
13 dependency over a 13 year old granddaughter and wants to make sure that
if something happens to C before granddaughter is 13 that C's intended
person becomes successor guardian.
