[WSBAPT] Charitable Remainder Trust

I have a client looking to set up a testamentary Charitable Remainder
Unitrust (CRUT).  I've not done one of these before.  I see that the IRS
provided a sample testamentary CRUT back in 2005.  Is that the best template
to follow? Or does someone who has experience with these have a better
template that he/she would be willing to share?
