[WSBAPT] appointment of Ancillary trustee or agent under RCW 11.98.070 (28)

Does anyone have a form appointing an ancillary trustee or agent they can
share? A Client has a Washington trust with property in another state and
they want to appoint someone to handle manage and sell real estate in
another state.
