[WSBAPT] seller-financed real property sale

Good morning -

I hope everyone is keeping warm and dry. I would appreciate hearing from someone who could walk me through the steps of a seller-financed house sale. Clients want to sell their home to neighbors, who will make a down payment and then pay mortgage payments to the sellers. This seems to be a "do it yourself" transaction and I want to be sure they are doing it properly.
