Subject: [WSBAPT] Recommendation for professional fiduciary, King or Thurston County?

Litigation matter has a deceased defendant, and we need to set up a PR so we can serve them with a lawsuit and a creditor claim. Defendant has insurance so most likely the PR would be able to tender the claim and insurance defense lawyer would pretty much take over from there.

We would set up the probate either in Thurston County or King County depending on other factors. Does anyone have a recommendation for professional fiduciary would be willing to act as PR?
