<p class="MsoNormal">Litigation matter has a deceased defendant, and we need to set up a PR so we can serve them with a lawsuit and a creditor claim. Defendant has insurance so most likely the PR would be able to tender the claim and insurance defense lawyer
would pretty much take over from there.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We would set up the probate either in Thurston County or King County depending on other factors. Does anyone have a recommendation for professional fiduciary would be willing to act as PR?</p>
