Hi Listmates,

I have a client asking me to get him a “certified copy” of the washington statutes on the requirements for a valid will. He wants this in order to provide the Philippines with information that they can rely on to accept the Washington will. I have no idea how I would obtain something like that. I asked the client if I could print the statute and sign it as a notary stating it is a true and correct copy of the existing version of the washington statute, and get that apostilled, but he felt it needed to come directly from the government. I am doubtful this can be done. Does anyone have suggestions?

Thank you!
