[WSBAPT] TEDRA arbitration

I would like to speak with someone who has done a TEDRA arbitration and then it was de novo'd by the Respondent.
Specifically, is further discovery allowed?  RCW 11.96A and RCW 7.06 do not seem to address this.
Is the TEDRA trial date an expedited date or does the court set as in any other, which are now set more than a year away in King County.
