[WSBAPT] Will WA Community Property Agreement Be Effective in CA?

Colleagues,

My WA clients are creating a community property agreement here in WA.  
They've asked me it it will also be effective in CA,  where they own 
real estate.

Will it be effective to immediately convert all CA real estate to 
community property?

Can it be used to transfer title of CA property real estate when the 
first spouse dies?
