[WSBAPT] Lawyer regarding insurance commission residuals owed to estate

Estate needs consultation with an lawyer experienced in insurance agent
commission residual payments. Decedent was licensed insurance agent and a
Medicare Insurance Specialist. Decedent was entitled to commissions for all
renewal years on the policy and continued to receive the commissions after
her retirement. The contract we have does not have any provisions regarding
what happens to the commissions after her death. We think her estate is owed
commissions but are getting a run around from the company.
The estate needs to consult with a lawyer who has experience in these
matters. Referrals and self referrals are welcome.
