No.  In general, each LLC and each corporation would shield the other assets from liabilities.  Even if all of the LLCs and all of the corporations are owned by the same trust.

If the trust owns the LLC and Corporation (which each own separate real properties right now), wouldn't that expose all properties in the trust as assets in the event there was a lawsuit involving one of the properties?  Right now we can limit that exposure by keeping the properties in separate entities, correct?  The properties are a variety of commercial and residential rentals.
