If the trust owns the LLC and Corporation (which each own separate real
properties right now), wouldn't that expose all properties in the trust as
assets in the event there was a lawsuit involving one of the properties?
Right now we can limit that exposure by keeping the properties in separate
entities, correct?  The properties are a variety of commercial and
residential rentals.
