[WSBAPT] Child support and 2 year creditor claim period

HC dies in July 2016. Has outstanding child support obligations at the time
(arrears). Are those barred after the 2 year time limit?

I have an idea of what the answer is but couldn't find anything specific on
the topic. Hoping one of you has a quick answer.
