[WSBAPT] PR deceased - no living relatives

We have closed probates in the past where I sign the Declaration of Completion on behalf of a PR. I have not had this exact situation where the PR has passed away, but if all estate administration has been completed and you recite the circumstances in the Declaration, I think it should serve to give Notice to the Court that the administration is completed and the Clerk can close the case. It seems like form over substance to appoint a successor PR in order to Declare that the probate is closed.

Subject: [WSBAPT] PR deceased - no living relatives

PR's wife died and he was named PR.  He received all of her assets and before case closed, he got ill, became incompetent and the DPOA moved him to a home in Blaine.  He subsequently died but all of his assets were in Trust. How to file Dec of Completion and close estate?
