<p class="MsoNormal">We have closed probates in the past where I sign the Declaration of Completion on behalf of a PR. I have not had this exact situation where the PR has passed away, but if all estate administration has been completed and you recite the circumstances
in the Declaration, I think it should serve to give Notice to the Court that the administration is completed and the Clerk can close the case. It seems like form over substance to appoint a successor PR in order to Declare that the probate is closed.<o:p></o:p></p>

Blaine. He subsequently died but all of his assets were in Trust. How to file Dec of Completion and close estate?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
