Hello,

I've got an interesting situation that I just came up. HC added daughter as a joint tenant on an annuity he set up, for estate planning purposes. Daughter reached age of majority, and has developed an addiction problem. HC wants to prevent daughter from inheriting annuity outright at death. Broker is saying only way to remove daughter is with her consent, or by court order. Any idea how one might obtain such a court order? TEDRA? If this is tricky and someone has experience, I'm happy to make the referral. In the Bellevue area. Thanks.

Best,

Nicholas Pleasants
