[WSBAPT] question regarding Ancillary probate in Colorado

Listmates, I represent a PR in a Washington probate. There are two parcels
of real property valued at between $10,000 and $25,000 which are located in
Colorado in this estate.  Will the PR need to have an ancillary probate in
Colorado to sell or tranfer title to these parcels.  If he has to have an
ancillary probate, can someone recommend a Colorado attorney to handle this?
