My understanding is the statute applies to minors and adults.  I just transferred  a guardianship of an adult to Washington from another state under this statute.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Guardianship question

I have searched high and low and cannot find an equivalent statute to RCW 11.90.410 allowing for the transfer of an adult guardianship to Washington. Is there a separate statute for minors or is there a statute that causes the adult procedure to apply to minors?

Any guidance from those who handle guardianship issues would be appreciated.
