[WSBAPT] Special needs trust question

Dear listmates

Has anyone ever included a clause in a special needs trust that the trust
is irrevocable except that language can be deleted or added to satisfy the
requirements of government agencies.
And if so, did that pass government inspection?  I am particularly thinking
of social security. for SSI payments.
