[WSBAPT] Interim Accountings in Probate Case

I would file a petition on behalf of a beneficiary of the estate for the court to order an interim accounting under TEDRA, citing the circumstances. However, most likely I wouldn’t do that before probate has been open at least a year. Also, the pr should be paying rent unless he/she is the only beneficiary.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Interim Accountings in Probate Case

Does anyone know of any case law or statutory authority for a trial court to order a PR to produce an interim accounting?

PR was granted non-intervention powers and continues to reside in estate real property for many months while tenant resides in other half of duplex, but the inventory filed by PR lists no bank accounts or funds.

Only listed asset is the real property.

Only other heir is named as alternate PR in the will.
