Basically, the probate ‘court’ can make any orders it wants to. Just do a motion and be sure to include your efforts to get such an accounting cooperatively. And ask for revelation of the non probate assets too.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Interim Accountings in Probate Case

Does anyone know of any case law or statutory authority for a trial court to order a PR to produce an interim accounting?

PR was granted non-intervention powers and continues to reside in estate real property for many months while tenant resides in other half of duplex, but the inventory filed by PR lists no bank accounts or funds.

Only listed asset is the real property.

Only other heir is named as alternate PR in the will.
