[WSBAPT] PR Deed

Happy Friday,
I took over a probate opened for the second deceased spouse. The first deceased spouse appears on title, but the home was owned as husband and wife. Wife inherited by joint tenants with right of survivorship.

Is there a path to transfer the PR deed to the heir without opening probate for the  husband to get clean title?
