[WSBAPT] Rejected Creditor's Claim

I'm not going to be able to find the case fast enough, but I have
researched this issue before and I recall a case that the attorney's agreed
to extend the creditor deadline to file a suit against the estate and the
ruling came back that, even with agreement, the deadline is not
extendable.  File the claim.
